The Experience Box includes 3 pairs of hearing aids pre-configured to your audiogram, each with its own charger, all fit accessories, and a care kit. Before shipping, a licensed BLUEMOTH audiologist conducts a remote evaluation to select the right devices for you. Once your box arrives, you have up to 10 days to wear them in your daily life with audiologist support available throughout the trial.
Your trial period is 10 days from the date your box is delivered. At the end of the trial, your audiologist reviews your experience with you. You choose the pair that worked best, and that pair is ordered once you pay for the hearing care plan — with your Experience Box payment credited toward it. If none of the three pairs feel right, the $375 is non-refundable.
That's exactly what the trial period is for. If you experience discomfort, the fit feels off, or the sound isn't right, your audiologist will work with you remotely to adjust the fit accessories and retune your devices during the 10 days. If none of the three pairs are the right match after adjustments, the $375 is non-refundable.
