Blue Moth is not subject to the federal healthcare privacy or security rules issued pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).  However, Blue Moth will protect the privacy and security of your personal health information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, industry-recognized best practices, and other applicable laws.

By submitting your contact information, even prior to completing a purchase, we may send you email communications about relevant products or promotions.  If you do not wish to have your email address or other contact information used by the Company to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by clicking “UNSUBSCRIBE” at the bottom of any such communication or by email a request to be removed to support@bluemothhearing.com. 
  • We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI“) on the NAI’s website.
  • If you are not yet a customer and have not completed a purchase, you will not have an account portal on our Website but you may receive communications from us.  Should you wish to stop receiving such communications, you can either click “UNSUBSCRIBE” on any such communication or you can email us at support@bluemothhearing.com with a request to be removed from marketing lists.  For existing customers, you may also review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page.
