DNN 360 Directionality
The G3 Neuro Processor powers DNN 360 — a deep neural network directionality system that analyzes the full 360-degree sound environment. Unlike traditional directional microphones that focus only on sounds in front, DNN 360 actively anticipates conversational speech and adapts direction dynamically. Delivers up to 28% improved speech intelligibility compared to previous Starkey models.
Edge Mode+
A proprietary Starkey feature that lets you zero in on speech in any challenging environment on demand — with a tap of a button. When unexpected noise occurs in restaurants, crowded events, or parties, Edge Mode+ provides instant, on-demand clarity without waiting for automatic adaptation.
Health and Wellness Tracking
Starkey is the only major hearing aid brand that integrates health features directly into its hearing aids. Omega AI includes automatic respiratory rate monitoring, guided Balance Builder exercises for fall prevention, fall detection, and activity tracking — all accessible through the My Starkey app.
Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast
Omega AI uses Bluetooth LE Audio with Auracast support. With the My Starkey app, users can select and connect to Auracast broadcasts at airports, gyms, and public venues. For Android users, Google Fast Pair enables one-tap Bluetooth pairing.
Up to 51-Hour Battery Life
The RIC RT model delivers up to 51 hours of battery life with 3 hours of daily Bluetooth streaming. The mRIC R model delivers up to 41 hours. Starkey states their rechargeable batteries are designed to last 3–4 years.
IP68 and HydraShield Pro
Omega AI is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance. The HydraShield Pro10 coating on the 20 and 24 tier models provides reinforced moisture protection for daily wear, exercise, and outdoor use.
