Return & Refund Policy

45-Day Initial Return Period

You may return hearing aids or eligible accessories within 45 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To qualify:

  • You must initiate the return with BLUEMOTH Support no later than midnight EST on day 45

  • Returned items must be received by BLUEMOTH within 14 days after the 45-day window

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)

  • All accessories, chargers, cords, and included items must be returned

Exchanges

  • One (1) exchange is permitted per original purchase

  • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid before shipment

BLUEMOTH Experience Box

  • The Experience Box includes a non-refundable $250 fee

  • A $1,250 authorization hold is placed and released upon timely return

  • Demo devices must be returned within 21 days of delivery

  • Failure to return devices within 21 days results in a $1,250 charge

  • No fine-tuning services are included for demo devices

At-Home Hearing Test Device

  • A $15 one-way shipping fee applies

  • The device must be returned within 5 days of receipt

  • Failure to return the device within 30 days will result in a $1,500 charge
