Widex SmartRIC Hearing Aid Valentine’s Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by BLUEMOTH LLC (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who:

Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
Do not reside in Florida, New York, or Wisconsin
Are legally eligible to receive prescription hearing aids in their state of residence

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 and ends on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter, an eligible participant must complete the official entry form during the Giveaway Period:

A valid entry requires:

Submission of the completed entry form via the official form link above during the Giveaway Period
A unique, valid email address and/or phone number (as required by the form)
All required fields completed truthfully

Limit: One (1) standard entry per person.

Duplicate entries or attempts to manipulate the giveaway (including using multiple identities, email addresses, phone numbers, automation tools, or scripts) will result in disqualification.

5. Bonus Entry (Optional)

Participants may earn one (1) bonus entry by completing the following actions during the Giveaway Period:

Following Sponsor’s official Instagram and/or Facebook accounts
Liking the official giveaway post
Sharing the official giveaway post (story or feed)

Important: Bonus actions are not required to enter or win.

Bonus entry eligibility may be verified at the time of winner confirmation. If Sponsor cannot verify the bonus actions, the entrant will still remain eligible based on their standard entry.

6. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected:

Lifetime Clinical Support for the device provided by BLUEMOTH Hearing providers (defined below)

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. “Lifetime Clinical Support” Definition (Grand Prize Only)

For purposes of this giveaway, “Lifetime Clinical Support” means support provided by Sponsor for as long as the Grand Prize winner owns and actively uses the prize device, and includes:

Routine follow-up appointments (virtual or in-person as determined by Sponsor)
Programming and adjustments (fine-tuning)
Standard usage and care guidance
Troubleshooting support related to normal operation

Lifetime Clinical Support does not include:

Replacement due to loss or theft
Repairs or replacement due to misuse, abuse, or physical damage
Manufacturer warranty coverage unless separately included by the manufacturer
Consumable supplies or replacement parts (if applicable), unless expressly stated
Accessories not included with the original prize package

Sponsor may require reasonable verification of device ownership and may discontinue support if the device is transferred or resold.

8. Winner Selection, Odds & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be selected by Friday, February 27, 2026, and may be announced during a livestream event hosted by Sponsor.

Winners will be notified via direct message and/or email using the contact information provided at entry within two (2) business days of winner selection.

If a selected winner:

Does not respond within 48 hours, or
Does not meet eligibility requirements, or
Declines the prize

Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Medical & Fitting Requirements (Grand Prize Only)

The Grand Prize winner must:

Complete a hearing evaluation (virtual or in-person, as determined by Sponsor)
Be deemed clinically appropriate for the Widex SmartRIC device

If the Grand Prize winner is not a clinical candidate (as determined by Sponsor’s licensed provider), Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner.

10. Taxes

The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize. Sponsor may require completion of tax documentation (including a W-9) prior to prize fulfillment.

11. Publicity Release (Grand Prize Winner)

By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their story, first name (unless otherwise agreed), photos, videos, testimonials, and hearing journey for promotional purposes, including use on social media, Sponsor’s website, and marketing materials, without additional compensation.

Consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time, excluding content already published or already in production.

12. Privacy & Marketing Consent

Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, contact winners, and deliver prizes.

Marketing / Nurture Communications (Optional):

If an entrant affirmatively opts in (for example, by checking a box on the entry form), Sponsor may also send marketing and follow-up communications (email/SMS), including educational content and reminders related to hearing health and BLUEMOTH Hearing services.

Opt-in is not required to enter or win.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in email, or replying STOP to SMS messages where applicable.

Sponsor will not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers assisting with giveaway administration or as required by law.

13. Winner List Request

To request a copy of the winner list (first name and state only), send a written request with “Widex SmartRIC Giveaway Winner List” in the subject line to:

or by mail to Sponsor at the address listed above.

Requests must be received within 30 days after the Giveaway Period ends (on or before March 27, 2026).

14. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries
Technical malfunctions, platform outages, network failures, or service interruptions
Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless BLUEMOTH LLC from any related claims.

15. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules. All Sponsor decisions are final.

16. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
