Every hearing aid purchase comes with a 3-year warranty guaranteeing your peace of mind. Your devices have coverage in case of loss and damage, and we'll service and maintain your tech free of charge during your warranty period.

The warranty, extension, and repair terms on this page apply to all patients who purchase their hearing aids directly from BLUEMOTH.
If you purchased through a partner benefit program, such as Tuned or Tuned Ameritas, your terms may vary. The best way to confirm your coverage is to check your purchase agreement or contact our care team for details.

- All repairs during your warranty period.
- Yearly maintenance service during your warranty period.
- Any time you send in your hearing aids for repair or maintenance we'll provide you with complimentary loaner devices tuned to your prescription so you never go without hearing care.
- Loss and damage with a deductible of $450 per ear.
